DESCRIPTION:  Oldenburg based Tongue Cloud on a drawing made earlier in 1975 for a poster to benefit a bicentennial arts festival in St. Louis. But sponsors rejected this artwork as it was viewed as inappropriate. Artwork is in excellent condition. Certificate of Authenticity is included. Additional images are available upon request.
