Enters the Painting academy the “Grande Chaumière“ and “Juilian”

The artist is called by the army and captured by the Germans.

He finally manages to escape and hides in Dieulefit, where local pottery is flourishing.

He also starts to creates some ceramic artworks.

He comes back to live in Paris and settles his workshop rue de la Tombe Issoire, where he will stay during 9 years.

At this period he experiments black enamels.
