On February 8, 2013, Amy Adams and Justin Timberlake in association with Trigg Ison Fine Art will present the landmark exhibition “Darren LeGallo: Nothing You Don’t Know,” produced by Trigg Ison Fine Art at 9009 Beverly Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90048. The exhibition will run February 8 through March 8, 2013, viewing during normal gallery hours and by private appointment.

Darren LeGallo’s main influences lie somewhere between Surrealism and Expressionism. The exploration of the subconscious mind, the mysteries of dreams and the human psyche are the main themes within his work.

LeGallo was born in Landstohl, Germany in 1974 and currently lives and works in Los Angeles, California. He received a BA in Painting from ACU in Abilene, Texas in 1996. His work has recently been exhibited in Chelsea, New York's Bold Hype Gallery (2012), Seattle, Washington's Ltd. Art Gallery (2012), Santa Monica, California's Bergamot Station (2009) and Los Angeles’ Ghetto Gloss Gallery (2009). He is currently at work on illustrations for a graphic novel by John Patrick Shanley and a collaborative project with fellow LA-based artist Chandler Wood.

“A serendipitous meeting, between Darren and myself has inspired a creatively fueled collaboration, culminating with this solo exhibition of Darren’s paintings and drawings. Darren’s work is some of the most interesting, thought provoking contemporary art I have seen to date,” explains Trigg Ison.

Trigg Ison Fine Art has enjoyed a longstanding and successful presence in West Hollywood’s Avenues district for more than twenty years. Focusing on early twentieth century modern paintings and sculpture from both America and Europe, the gallery also established a contemporary division in 2006 with the American premiere exhibition of French artist Gravleur in collaboration with actor Johnny Depp.
